Clayton Morris started CrossFit nine years ago and loves getting the most out of each athlete. He is energized by working with people and their fitness goals. “Interacting with them, helping them to find their limitations and push those limitations farther than they thought possible, that’s why I coach,” he says.

Clayton made the choice to coach while he was deployed overseas. When he returned, he was introduced to Mike G. and the Sweat Angel crew. “While an active member of the gym, I decided to pursue my Level 1 certification, earned my cert, and the rest is history,” he says. Always athletically inclined, he played all the typical high school sports and has also been a ski instructor. In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking and free climbing. He’s even climbed to the top of the Carpathians while visiting Romania.
